The company is located in Tangshan City, which is a window city for economic cooperation in Northeast Asia, a central city in the Bohai Rim region, a new industrialization base in the Bohai Rim region, and one of the industrial bases of Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan. Casting
8 large, medium and small horizontal centrifuges, 1 vertical centrifuge, 1 disc centrifuge.
Heat Treatment
102 high and low temperature resistance heat treatment furnaces and differential temperature heat treatment furnaces, precisely matching the performance requirements of various rolls.
Machining
German large CNC grinding machine, MK84160× 8m CNC grinding machine, large CNC lathe, milling machine and other sets of precision equipment to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
Inspection
American Thermo Fisher Metal analyzer, American LECO oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen combined analyzers, German Leica DMi8 microscope, ultrasonic flaw detector, Swiss Leica AT500 laser tracker, etc., to achieve full-process quality control from raw materials to finished products.
