Melting Equipment
YF Roll company is equipped with three sets of medium frequency furnaces (2 sets of 20 ton, 5 sets of 15 ton, 3 sets of 8 ton, 3 sets of 5 ton, and 1 set of 3 ton), as well as one 50 ton electric arc furnace, one 60 ton LF refining furnace, and one 100 ton VD refining furnace.
Casting Equipment
YF Roll company has a total of 8 horizontal centrifuges, 2 disc centrifuges, and 1 vertical centrifuge; It can produce various centrifugal products with a maximum diameter of 2.5 meters.
Heat Treatment Equipment
Our company has a total of 102 trolley type resistance furnaces, gas heating furnaces, and differential heat treatment furnaces of various specifications. Through digital instruments, we achieve efficient and reasonable control of heat treatment methods, forming an intelligent furnace group to achieve more efficient and energy-saving processing capabilities, optimize and improve product performance.
Machining Equipment
Our company has more than 60 large CNC lathes, 3 CNC double-sided milling machines, 1 universal boring machine, 1 high-precision imported German CNC grinder, 4 high-precision domestic CNC grinders and other types of automated mechanical processing equipment, fully meeting the different processing needs of various types of rollers.
